Clinical Subject Matter Advisor
Human Resource Principle
Supply Chain Consulting Principle
Advise clients and program management team on healthcare best practices and policy issues, development of healthcare guidelines and standards, and impact of legislation and new technologies/practices on medical specialty care and interdisciplinary healthcare.
Oversee the management of a Human Resource team in one or more areas such as classification, staffing, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations or labor relations. May specialize in one or more disciplines. Possesses expert level knowledge of the rules and regulations and addresses the technical requirements associated with complex problems in the area to which assigned. May be an expert in retirement counseling and processing.
Lead teams on a variety of Supply Chain Optimization projects. Expertise in business process improvement methodologies and transformation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Reengineering) and end-to-end supply chain management (e.g., demand forecasting, logistics sourcing) Experience with technology solutions from leading vendors (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDA Software, Microsoft and others) Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, process improvement, and business process re-engineering methodologies.
