Oversee overall program management, ensuring alignment with the client's mission and objectives. Guide multiple projects to successful completion with consideration for the complexities of multiple priorities, dependencies, and risks. Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and close out multiple programs across several stakeholders. Manage supporting data analysts and lead the design and stand-up of organization transformation office.
Oversee the management of a large-scale program with one or more projects, ensuring alignment with the client's mission. Serve as the main liaison across stakeholders, addressing all requests and performance-related matters. Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and close out programs efficiently and effectively. Ensure project success within the total lifecycle budget.
Measure program success, outcomes, and implement improvement strategies. Assist in executing program operations to achieve established goals and objectives.
Provide expert input on program evaluation, project management, and productivity enhancement. Identify program resources and develop comprehensive program reports.
